### Refund Policy

If you find that one of our toys isn’t quite what you expected and wish to return it, you have up to 14 days to do so. Simply contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.

To qualify for a refund, the toy must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept returns that don’t meet these conditions.

To begin the process, email us at montessorifamili.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted. Additionally, don’t forget to email us your return tracking number once you’ve shipped the package.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it for a full refund. Simply contact us before the order is dispatched. However, if the package has already been shipped, you’ll need to complete the return process after it arrives.

For items valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

### Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

If your package can’t be delivered due to an error in the address you provided, we’re unable to take responsibility. However, we’re happy to send a replacement if you cover the additional shipping costs.

If your tracking status indicates that your package was delivered but you can’t locate it, please contact the courier service directly. They can provide the most accurate information. You’ll need your shipping address and tracking number, which we’ll provide.

### Insurance for Missing Packages

We offer low-cost insurance for your orders. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, we’ll send a replacement. Insurance also ensures your order is prioritized at our warehouse. Please note that standard delivery times still apply.
